this recon scope seem have apply on other game,

like far cry series or so,

but is this technology exist in real life?

i mean it can know target position trough wall or hill and tracking multiple target,

The only thing like that in real life is the targeting computer on a tank or aircraft. But it's nothing like what you see in game.
