So, you're on the phone with you're cable company. You're on hold. For the fifth time. What do you do?

 

I kick the door while screaming at the playing music. Literally too.

It's not a possibility to email them. Or perhaps they have a "chat" function on their website?

 

Regardless, the cable company I'm with has a nice feature with which you can let them call you back. Saves being put on hold (for the most part) + potentially saves you from a million dollar telephone bill.

It would be great if every cable company gave their customers the option for a call back when they were busier than usual.

 

I know the reason I often called was because of real problems with the service. Which was probably the same reason they were so busy they could not respond immediately. :ohmy:
