Random Textures Messed Up after Extracting BSAs!

I was trying to do something in Nifskope, but after extracting a bunch of textures for the BA2s in the Fallout Data folder (Fallout4 - Textures1-9.ba2) suddenly several random textures have this weird, glistening, grid-like texture to them that looks gross:

I've mostly extracted stuff from the "Armor" folder, though a few other items have been affected as well (the orange BBQ grill, for example).

Any help would be very much appreciated! What did I do wrong?

Alright, two things. First, a question: are my resource paths set up correctly?

Second: after some fiddling I've run into a whole NEW problem.

So after going into Options>Settings>Render and unchecking "Use Shaders" under the "General" tab, the textures in Nifskope seem to have turned back to normal, like so:

But in-game, they still have the weird checkerboard mesh texture!

I don't know what the hell is going on, but I know that once I fix this mess, I am never touching Nifskope again. That stupid program has done me more harm than good.

Alright, so I tried extracting all the texture files, thinking I might be missing some, and after looking in Nifskope the shader problem seems to have been solved. but after that I couldn't get the game to launch at all. It just goes all white for 30 seconds and crashes to the desktop. So now I can't launch the game either with F4SE or the vanilla launcher!

I've already tried verifying the game files, I've updated all my mods/plugins that depend on F4SE, I've tried launching without any plugins activated... what am I missing? What did I do wrong? HOW DO I FIX THIS???

Please, someone give me an answer. I don't want to completely reinstall my game just yet.

Ugh, all this started cuz I wanted to make some candles just a little bit brighter. f*#@ me, right?

That looks like some kind of rendering issue, possibly driver-related (I note that in the last picture, over on the right hand side, the textures haven't loaded correctly for that shack & it's still displaying a mip map instead, this commonly occurs when your system is struggling to stream the texture data into memory)

As HadToRegister noted, wth is going on with that entry for the Max filepath? That could well be indicative that whilst extracting the textures from the ba2's, they've somehow got corrupted.

What are your system specs? I've not come across any cases of this happening before, and now that your saying that you can't even get into the game... Have you checked your gpu/cpu temperatures? Is F4SE fully updated to match the latest version of FO4? Perhaps it would be wisest to reinstall from scratch (I know that's the last thing you want to do, but if you're unable to pinpoint exactly what is causing this, as long as it's not hardware-related, it might be your only recourse)

I'm at work right now, but once I get home I'll post my system specs.

Though at this point I might as well do a full reinstall. I have been meaning to get rid of some mods I don't use anyway.
