SubjectProphet
So, with my excessive use of the bathroom and it interrupting me during fighting, I decided to see the doc about what might be going on with my bowels. After getting a camera shoved up my end, several x-rays, 4 blood tests, and a shot of adrenaline (another story) he finally found I have IBS. So, that's several sleeping disorders, IBS, and an addiction to dill pickles (another story) on my problems list. So, to fight IBS, I've been given stool softeners, told to eat yogurt regularly, and some aspirin, I should be good to go. SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO. I need altered daily life too, this current stuff the doc gave me isn't helping me. The exercise I'm forced to get doesn't help in this, nor does avoiding sugar, or fat. Any suggestions? Illiad86
I'd watch out for caffeine and any other items that dehydrate you. Enough caffeine can give you gut rot and I can't imagine how that would feel with IBS. Prolly be a good idea to watch out for stuff that's hot or vinegary too. There is some Rx medication you can get for IBS, the name escapes me, but that might help too :)
Dan3345
I'm sorry to hear that, but something about the way you wrote all this had me giggling the whole way through. :D
HeyYou
I'm sorry to hear that, but something about the way you wrote all this had me giggling the whole way through. :D Gotta have a sense of humor for some of those tests....... It's mostly about diet. Gotta watch what ya eat. There are some dietary aids that may help as well. (various things to help you digest better.) If you want a list, PM me, my S.O. is into the whole 'natural' thing......
