repeatable CTDs but only in exact areas

Hey folks,

 

I have a CTD going on that so far has only occured in two exact areas... the outside map around Honingbrew Meadery and an area on the outside map southeast of Ivarstead where two major roads intersect on the map. So far I can go everywhere else but whenever I go anywhere near these areas the game simply crashes to desktop with no warnings or messages. I have tried reloading just before these areas and "skirting" around them to see how far I can go around them without causing the CTD and it seems that I can actually "go around the CTD" but the catch is that the Meadery has at least two quests that I need to finish to continue the TG storyline and the Vilja (mod) quest line. The TG quest, of course, I can just use the console to bypass but I can't do that with Vilja and to be honest I would really just like to find out what is causing it and try to fix it. I have no idea what is in the area SE of Ivarstead. I don't know of any quest there.

 

According to LOOT, I have no errors and everything is in a good order so I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to really narrow down what the issue is so I can fix it. I use NMM. I haven't played the game in a very long time and just reinstalled Windows 10 so that I could have a fresh install of everything so this is a brand new install.

Are you sure you're playing Skyrim SE or are you playing Regular Skyrim?

Derp, Skyrim SE just doesn't list the DLC in the Steam Client.

Sorry about the load list, I didn't know that it should be in spoilers. I haven't had to post in an extremely long time, years in fact.

 

So basically there is no way to find out what mod is breaking my game?

 

This is the very game that I hate to love. I keep coming back to it and it always breaks no matter what mods I load and there is Never a way to find out what is breaking it. I don't use outlandish mods. 90% are the same mods most people use.

 

The game has no crash reports?

Found the mod that was causing the problem. I am not sure exactly why but Quax's Questorium caused crash to desktop whenever I would go near Honningbrew Meadery and when I would go to the crossroads on the map SE of Ivarstead.
