Teytame
Hello guys.I browsed through the forms & I didn't see this problem, either I missed it, or it's its just too dumb to happen to anyone else... We'll see. I'll get straight to the point: ISSUEBasically FNIS and a few FNIS based mods do not appear in the game. There are no errors, nothing.SkyUI works perfectly and I can change its setting and everything inside the game, but it's the only mod that shows up there. My MO shows everything is in order (seems to me that way) :https://s6.postimg.cc/qz0qh5bz5/FNIS.jpg My LOOT doesn't seem to have any problems with them either:https://s6.postimg.cc/bqat3dxq9/Loot.jpg However, I don't know if it's important or relevant, but my TES5Edit doesn't see them (I don't know if it should), and my MO doesn't see TES5Edit (again, don't know if it's supposed to), but just in case here it is:https://s6.postimg.cc/fmo4zdqfl/Tes5_Edit.jpg MY BASIC INFOOS - Windows 10Skyrim (basic edition)Mod Organizer 2.1.4Let me know if there is anything else you need to know. Everything game related (including Steam, MO, Tools, Mods) is saved on a special drive. MO & FNIS granted Admin rights. I don't know what I'm missing but I won't be surprised if the solution is one click away (oh please be it so!)...For the last several days (can't specify, it's all a blur now), I've been going through dozens of tutorials, installations/reistalations, hundreds of threads, which all eventually lead me to reformatting my PC and starting fresh. So, after going through a few less tutorials & installations here I am. My eyes are burning, my brain is boiling but I shall not stop for the SkyUI is working! \o/So, help me Obi-Wans, you're my only hope, the last bastion of defence for my sanity, the last beam of light in all consuming darkness... ... No pressure though & Thank You. Edited August 9, 2018 by Teytame
TheGreatFalro
You need to run TES5Edit through MO for it to see them, due to MO's use of virtual files. In fact, you need to run every tool, and the game, through it. Also, you really should uninstall SkyUI and reinstall it through MO. It is heavily recommended that you do not have any "unmanaged" mods (besides the DLC).

I don't know how to make MO see TES5Edit.There is no problem with SkyUI, it's visible everywhere and works perfectly. But if you think THAT can cause this problem, I'll do it if there are no other thoughts on the matter. Edited August 9, 2018 by Teytame

See this guide, section 3, step 6: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=647933000 The instructions are for SKSE, but they're the same for TES5Edit - minus the step about the "Start In" line. As to SkyUI, you don't have to do that, but one of the major points of MO is it keeps your Data folder clean.

I'll do that 1st and see what happens.I see your point on SkyUI, a friend suggested I install it manually because MO has issues with it (at least in his case). It was easy to do and it's the only thing there, so I guess I won't mess with something that actually works, unless otherwise advised. Thanks again, I'll keep this post updated.
