Deleted3082751User
disable all mods, and then enable 1 at a time until you find out what mod is causing it. assuming it is a mod that is causing it Edited September 5, 2018 by Guest
cowboy57
found it it was this mod Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints causing the Infinite Loading Screen
JimmyRJump
found it it was this modTransfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints causing the Infinite Loading Screen Only for you then. Tons of people are using that mod (including yours truly) and don't have this infinite loading screen. What happens is that sometimes, for some reason the RAM no longer gets flushed. With the RAM staying full, there's no room for new data and the game stops loading altogether. The game itself waits until the right data has been loaded into the RAM, but since that never happens, you're stuck in the loading screen with the music continuing... It's completely random and not caused by any mod. It's just another proof of how miserably FO4 makes use of RAM, both video and system.
Ckiimyir
I think this happens if your game has too much stuff to load. For instance I'd get it in this playthrough where I built a lotta sh*t in Hangman's Alley, which already loads slower than other settlements when fast traveled to because it's in the Boston area. ILSs appear to happen more frequently the first time you load a save from the main menu and when you're in a place with high object density. Try making your future exit saves in a small interior cell. Works for me
