Feature suggestion - user notes

(Apologies if this feature already exists, I havn't actually tried Vortex since I'm not keen to alpha test halfway through a playthrough)

Feature:

User notes - the ability to add personal notes to each installed mod so you can remind yourself of important information.

Background:

I tend to play Skyrim on and off, I will take breaks for months then come back and play again for a few more months. On a heavily modded install this creates issues when I try to install new mods and have forgotten key provisos of previous installed mods. Eg, a mod I installed ages ago requires you to run a patcher each time you install new mods that edit certain things, or maybe a mod that has certain incompatibilities. The way I work around this at the moment is to edit the mod name in NMM and add some notes to the end of it, so when I come back to playing I can look through my mod list and immediately get up to speed.

This works, but notes in this form are not the most visible and easy to miss. So for Vortex I was thinking maybe right click the mod, click "add notes" or something, write the notes, and when done this would add a highly visible red icon next to that mod to show it has notes, which could be recalled again by right clicking.

While you can add notes, if not mis-remembers where are no visual indication where are any notes and opening-up the tab to show the notes partially blocks the view making this not a good option to search for your notes.

But, you do have a column where you can add a special icon and choose a colour, not sure if it's 8 different icons and 8 colours making a total of 8^8 = 16777216 combinations, and since the column is sortable it's easy to later find a particular icon/colour-combination. You can example use one particular icon + red for any mods you've added your notes to quickly find these notes afterwards.

When it comes to mods demanding another mod, or mods incompatible with another mod, you have another column where any file-conflicts is shown as lightning-bolt (red if not set any rules, green if set rules). Additionally a white ! in case you've created a per-file override. Even if where are no file-conflicts, for all mods where is another icon in this column and you can always drag one icon from one mod to another mod. By doing this you can create a rule "depends on..." or "incompatible with...". If either of these rules are violated, you'll get an error-message about this.

Note, if you example says "mod B depends on A", if you enable mod B you'll get an error if mod A isn't also enabled. You can on the other hand enable mod A without enabling mod B and not get any error, to make sure both mods is always enabled as a group you'll need to create two rules, the "mod B depends on A" and "mod A depends on B". For incompability you only need one rule.
