TheFlameHaze
100 hours into the game, a lot of stuff done. Haven't had any issues apart from a couple random CTDs. Today, after updating the game and SKSE to the latest versions, I found myself running a little bit faster when pressing alt. No globals were changed (by me at least), speedmult is set to 100. I also noticed that map and skill screen seem to be opening almost instantly (it usually happened smoothly, with a delay). NPC dialogues also overlap replies, before there was a pause between sentences, now the following one starts earlier and overlaps the previous one. The entire game seems to be running a bit faster, like 5-10%. The game is capped at 60 fps, I also tried deleting ini files in My Documents folder so the game would create new ones. Deleted3897072User
I have this impression too. Player movement and NPC movement seem faster and the walk/run animations don't look the same in consequence. Also, the camera seems to swing faster in response to the mouse. The update to SSE 1.5.50 didn't do this by itself but when I installed SKSE64 2.0.8, that's when it happened. My fps was already 60 everywhere so there's been no change in that. Strange. Deleted3897072User
Even stranger - I disabled SkyUI, ran the game (but didn't save anything), quit, enabled it again, loaded the game and it was back to normal.
LeddBate
Whoops. If others are experiencing this, maybe we should send a report to the Silverlock team? Has anyone done so yet?

It would be interesting to know if toggling SkyUI is the only one that works, or if it could have been any SKSE-dependent mod. You only get one go at testing! Since I didn't do a game save, the only thing I can think of that can have changed is an ini file - either a Skyrim one or skse.ini and yet looking at my skse.ini, has the same data as before. It's weird but, having fixed it, I can't repeat the fault to investigate any further.
TheFlameHaze
I just reinstalled the game completely, no mods. The issue persists in a new game. The following reply overlaps the previous one. UPD: reinstalled all mods, tried the SkyUI trick to no success. Still have no idea what caused this, especially if it's hardware related. sodaRAIN10
Disabling all mods "might" not work. You might have to clean your master files (Like dlc's). With sseEdit or something else (I dunno) Might be some of those mods as well, since skse got updated, whatever mod \ plugin that requires skse. They need to be updated - in order for them to work with the new skse version / new skyrim se version. Other than that ~ I'd say clean your master files and then run loot. I had the same issue with fallout new Vegas. (I deleted all the mods, reinstalled the whole game. Still had issues with it. I didn't clean the files because I was to lazy) :pinch:... If I'm wrong, i'm sorry. Edited September 8, 2018 by sodaRAIN10

If it's hardware-related, I'm running Windows 10, i7-7700HQ CPU, GTX 1060 graphics card.
TheFlameHaze
Clearing CMOS solved the issue  Thank you for input everyone. Edited September 8, 2018 by TheFlameHaze
