VulcanTR
When i start modding i was able to edit my mod with CK, then i have started to work with Tes5Edit (because it was simplier for the noobs like me) but after few days when i decided to use CK again, after few seconds loading CK crashes. Why no more i cannot able to open my mod? First i have checked masters but my mod no master (except of skyrim.esm of course) Edit: Dear moderators can you change "cd" with "ck" at the topic name? JWGamimg75
Hello! Best thing to do is to do a little trouble shooting — is it the CK or the mod? Have you tried loading another mod in the CK to see if the CK will load at all? Or just loading the Skyrim.esm? Is it crashing then? OR is it just crashing when you’re loading your mod in the CK? Make sure the masters that your mod relies on (ie. Skyrim.esm and Update.esm) and any other dependent mods (if there are any) are selected as well. Your mod should also be selected and set to Active. You may have to be careful with TE5Edit — did you add anything through TE5Edit that might have caused the CK to crash all of the sudden? Personally I have found building in the CK to be a more stabble method for creating mods — at least when it doesn’t crash, hehe. For minor data changes like an custom NPCs name (an NPC I created in the CK) I would then use TES5Edit to make a simple change like that. What all does you mod involve? Adding meshes? Textures? You may need to elaborate on what all your mod entails/does to maybe get some extra help. Another thing to try in TES5Edit is to maybe run a clean filter to see if you may have inadvertently effected one of the master files and maybe identify the problem and disable it. Try running a Google search on how to clean your mod with TES5EDIT. I dont know if that helps at all, just wanted to give some direction there. VulcanTR
First of all thank you for your interest. My mod based on "Total Overhaul" and i am just changing values and magnitudes of spells, potions, weapons, armors etc etc but today i have realized i cannot open it. Yes i can open Skyrim.esm and my mod only requires Dragonborn (i have changed values of dragonborn armors too) but i was already cleaned my mod with Tes5Edit. I am already verified files and tried to re-install ck but nothing happens. But if you really wonder i can send it to you. It is 197kb only and it requires only Dragonborn.
