HerschelSwingland
I tried to resixe it because I couldn't see the bottom part of the window and it suddenly disappeared. It's running - I can open and close it, but it does not appear on the screen. I am completely baffled as to why this is even possible. I cannot use this program at all now, I ahve deleted and reinstalled it, it runs the same "invisible" way. I dont understand what has happened, I cannot fix it, I cannot start my playthru of Fallout 4 until I can get one of these F****** mod "managers" working and I am about to smash something. Felix3939
I am having the exact same issue. I've tried all of the usual tricks, including the ones in the suggested link; I've uninstalled and reinstalled; I've tried everything I can think of. No joy. Any help would be appreciated! HadToRegister
Have you tried right clicking on the taskbar and picking CASCADE WINDOWS or SHOW WINDOWS STACKED?
HerschelSwingland
Fixed it by looking up Windows 10 keyboard shortcuts. To get the Vortex window back, first I selected it on the taskbar then pressed alt and space to bring up a little menu with options like Resize, Move, Minimize, Maximise, etc. When I pressed Maximise the window popped up like a hungry puppy! Thanks for the help, Had To Register, I hope this works for you too, Felix.
Felix3939
Yes; no joy. I also Win+Tab'd and used that interface to try to snap the Vortex window left or right; no joy. Alt+Tab and Win+Tab show the thumbnail, so the system knows it exists, but none of the normal ways of restoring a window has worked.

Felix3939
Alt + Space FTW! Thank you, HerschelSwingland!
charliecooper7
Works! Used ALT + SPACE to maximise it and then dragged (snapped) it while maximised to a side of the screen so it works in BOTH normal and Maximised.
