Sexual PDA makes people angry opinions?

Is it normal for single or couples to get mad if his/her friends started to make out in front of everybody? Turning an outting into a swinger parity? Hypothetically would it be appropriate to push them away if they happen to be in a friend group? And ather he/she treats your personal space like a motel room. And After all the cr@p you see on face-book?

It depends on the scenario and personal preferences. For me, a simple kiss or two isn't so bad but if things got a bit too heavy I might call them out on it.

 

I have another friend who is much more open and would probably let them go at it without a care in the world.

 

A third friend believes much more in privacy and would find most forms of PDA disrespectful or uncivilized.

 

 

So it's matter of preference. Though depending on how public and how "affectionate" it can also become a matter of law. But that's usually common sense stuff.

I think a simple peck or two is enough. I find @$$ squeezing & kissing missionary irritates me. I've seen enough on Facebook I've had to delete one friend off because he shares several photos of him & his new fiancee making out constantly & righting stupid love notes. Me you against the world BS. Things get heavy when people turn outings into swingers parties or when he/she gets into trouble & I refuse to go through all this getting assaulted bye taking a hit or putting up with people swapping spit. How would I be able to break up PDA when it becomes soft core? Any whom also I know one of them hypothetically say what's your problem? How do I hand that BS? Just drop them?

Well, the best way to stop it when things start getting hot and heavy? Say something that completely kills the mood. Offhandedly bring up topics lovers don't want to think about (divorce for example, gore, something generally revolting) or just anything that you think will break the moment. If they're going to be obnoxiously in love, I think you have the right to have a little fun yourself. :devil: Be clever, make a game of it. See how quickly you can kill the moment without getting caught. I used to do it all the time in my school days whenever couples blocked the halls because they had to stop and kiss. I had things to do and waiting for them to get out of the way was taking up my precious time.

 

If they say what's your problem, I find being direct and honest does the trick. Tell them they're being one of "those" couples.

 

In my personal experience, those overly affectionate relationships rarely last. They're not in love with each other. They're in love with the idea of being in love, television love. I've come to view it more as a comedy than an annoyance. Just a matter of waiting for that punchline. When the relationship ends see how their next relationship goes. If it starts turning out the same way, drop them. They aren't mature enough. If it doesn't look likes it's ending or mellowing out, I'd say drop them. Maybe look them up a few years later and see if they divorced.

 

My advice regarding this may look cynical but I've seen real love and I've seen fake love. 9/10 times the overly affectionate couples are fake love. Real love usually lasts, and often it's the kind of thing you don't mind seeing in public. Easy to tell the difference. My cynicism is only for the fake, Hollywood style, love so many youth have become obsessed with and try to recreate.

 

But again, like most things, it depends on the situation and your personal preferences. I don't care about that sort of stuff as much as I used to, unless it really gets in my face.
