Obama appointed his cronies in the Supreme court such as Sonia Sotomayor. A woman who is a Member of LA RAZA. They hate the United States and wanna destroy them. What do you think they would say about such laws? Also, public healthcare is not mentioned in Section 8 of the Constitution and so its ILLEGAL. But they don't care, because THEY ARE CRIMINALS. And TRAITORS. Americans buy around 5 million guns each month. When comes the secound american revolution? You wanna continuing this?? A Member of an Organisation which wanna destroy the USA rules about that an unamerican socialist law is conform with the constituiton. What comes next? "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States" Past programs such as social security have been considered constitutional due to that. This healthcare bill isn't very good in my opinion, but it isn't the end of the world. Just a small thing compared to the rest of the crap going on. It's the precedent that this ruling sets that disturbs me. Congress now has the power to tax us if we don't purchase a commercial product that they think we should have. The corporations already control Congress. iPhones? OnStar? Everyone must buy a chicken once a week? You laugh but this bill and ruling is a serious blow to liberty in the US. I would say it was the fatal blow if I didn't already think liberty was dead in the USA. Unless of course you would like to claim the dubious honor of having actually read it.
