Resolving conflicts

I decided to jump into vortex just because, imported all my mods from NMM and all that stuff. Now it shows up the unresolved thing. Ok I go to fix them setting them up by load after or before, I get everything to show up a green lightning, so I click deploy. everything appears to be fine, but after like 20secs, the notification of unresolved files appears again showing red lightnings of the mods that have already a load order set up.

There is also the thing when I click one of the red lightnings again and click save, everything goes back to green.

 

I'm super confused as how this work

Thanks for the input, but I already knew this. However, after tinkering with it some more, I found out that it was a problem related to the "NMM" profile that vortex created. For some reason it was all bugged because when I created I new profile, I had no problems installing mods nor fixing the load order, and the game ran just like before.
