Best Level Cap Increase Mods

With all the megamods floating around these days (FNC, BBD, TF) what are the best mods that provide interesting epic leveling (beyond level 50)?

 

FNV has a problem where at higher levels your characters tend to become really samey, masters of everything, and I'd like to avoid this. Ideally, there'd be something that adds balanced high-level perks and something that adds interesting effects to skill levels over 100.

I'm using this one Max Level Cap 255 and Perk Every Level except I'm using Max level 99 Perk Every Level Option, but the Mod author also has just Max level options without the perk every level

 

And I'm also using a mod that slows Experience, called Experience Points Reduced 10 20 30 40 50 Percent and this one is great because you can change it on the fly during the game, just drop the book on the ground, go to pick it up and change the rate that you want to slow leveling.

No more Mods with an esp for every percent rate.

 

Both mods require NVSE.

I use Project Nevada, which incorporates all that functionality, but my problem is just that it doesn't produce interesting characters, they just all start to blend together by maxing out all the skills and getting all the perks. What I'm looking for isn't a way to increase the level cap, but rather mods that make it so you have interesting decisions to make with your increased level cap. I guess the thread title is a little misleading, but I thought I was fairly descriptive of what I was looking for in the actual post.
