DoctorKaizeld
So I was wanting to go learn blender and was told I could download premade models to fiddle around with. Where are some good places to find some of these?
HeyYou
Get the nif plugin for blender, and you likely already have thousands of objects on your harddrive you can play with. :)
M48A5
You need the .nif plugin in order to work with any files for the Bethesda games. There is a certain order in which the files must be installed. Everything you need for Blender is available here: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/12248 There are newer versions available, read the entire description for install order and other hints. The Oblivion mod nexus is probably the best place to look for models with which you can practice. Or just use any .nif file from any mod.

jones177
The best place for models is the The Google Sketch libraries. https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/?hl=en I converted them to 3D Max with no problem and saw no reason they would not convert to Blender.
