Vortex window too high

Hey. Sorry if this question is more of a general windows question, albeit I've never quite been able to solve it when it shows up. The Vortex window is too high for me to be able to see everything unless the window is maximized – and I don't like having programs like this maximized.

I can resize the window from left to right, but that's not the issue, it's up-down but the resize function (alt+space) doesn't work for that axis.

The Vortex window generally just feels so big and vast, the stuff in it just seems like the wrong resolution. However, I would like to keep my current screen resolution. Any tips? Can't find any settings regarding this. My current screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.

Click SETTINGS--------->THEME-------> pick COMPACT from the drop down, see if that helps
Also, SETTINGS--------->INTERFACE---------->Turn off stuff like "Custom Window Title Bar" to save space.

Also, in the MODS TAB, if the "Drag & Drop to INstall" section is open, click the Orange Down Arrow in the top right hand corner of that "Drag and Drop" section to minimize it so you can see more of your mod list.

Thanks, both those suggestions worked in tandem to gradually decrease the height so that I can now see everything BUT with a big caveat. As soon as I even single-click/touch somewhere on the "frame" (the orange outline of the window) with the mouse pointer, the window seems to maximize in the up-down axis and I'm back on square one.

I can only resize horizontally. Although I can only grab the upper part of the window to try and resize vertically – there is no way for me to reach the bottom part.

You can resize vertically using either the top or bottom
