Not finding anything in the NVSE Commands, or the Gamebyro Command list from the wiki; but, if you are open to the usage of mods, there is the Sack of Holding. It does what you're looking for, when you use it (AID item), it'll open up a portable container that can store anything, with zero weight costs from the stowed gear.

i have auto loot mod, so i am afraid if i go near this place,

(based my study, the sack is near vaut 22?)

the item will be looted back to the player inventory

In the Nexus Fallout New Vegas Mod forum, search the following:

STORAGE

You will see all sorts of " cloud " storage that will help that you do not need to do console command.

The one I use is:

Fallout NV Cheat Terminal Redux

https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/49152

It has six slots for you to store stuff you collect.

The mod "Virtualized Storage System (VSS)" is similar and does not require any DLC. I've used it for years with no problems.

Note: the "interface" item you have to pick up is a pair of black-rimmed glasses, which are very hard to see when on the ground. They are at the apex of the corner of Doc Mitchell's house nearest to the Prospector Saloon. Once "grabbed", you find the interface in the "Apparel" section of the Pipboy. (They are not actually "worn".) Select the "apparel item" and when you close the Pipboy display, the VSS "terminal" appears.

I'm not exactly certain "where" the items are stored, but it is not in the Inventory and they do not count against your "carry weight". That is the whole point of a "virtual storage system". (My guess would be either in an array in a script, or in a hidden cell; but it really shouldn't matter to you.) You do have to manually move items from your Inventory into the VSS storage, and vice versa. It does not handle that automatically as it allows you to choose among a number of pre-defined VSS "drawers/containers" to separate them.

Depending upon your "auto loot" mod, it may store things in your Inventory, or in it's own "virtual storage". In the latter case you will have to move those items from that storage back into your Inventory manually, and then into VSS. Unless it specifically states it is designed to work with a particular mod, all such "auto loot" mods use their own separate storage OR player Inventory and automatically STORE only. I use VSS in conjunction with "DELCO Junk-O-Matic NV" (for automatically scooping up "clutter") and "Instant Sell on Pickup" (for items I know I only want to turn into cash immediately as it hits my inventory). Their storage does not get mixed except when manually moved into my Inventory.
