hellaboye
Ditto. I tried reinstallation, as well. I'm guessing there's an issue with the site overall?
lt3angle
For me as well. API is unavailable, can't get an API key from Nexus, Skyrim launches fine it seems. I generally do manual downloads anyway. Still, frustrating when you update the application and immediately told that you can't log in. Why was the manual login method even disabled. API should be an OPTION, not a hard and fast requirement or replacement. Don't get me wrong, I like API keys and prefer to use that method. But in situations like this users need an alternative way to login and continue uninterrupted, especially the supporters.
Zethariel
There seems to be a problem with API access right now - I can't download, or even log in using Vortex. Admins need to take a look :)
nt5raham
An API issue like this is going to be at Nexus, not at our local PCs. Reinstalling the application won't help (as some have found out). Rest assured the staff is aware and will have it back up ASAP. Please be patient. Also, it is usually better to start a fresh thread than to necro one that is 10 months old. That way different situations with different details get their own thread. The original issue with this thread was posted as resolved 8 Jan 2020.
Solution Pickysaurus Posted November 11, 2020 Solution Share Posted November 11, 2020 Sorry about this, there was a problem with the API but we should be "all systems go" again now :)
