justinrpg Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 (edited) Okay, so I found Velwyn Benirus in Imperial City but I cannot get him to go to the manor to fix the ghost problem! All he keeps saying is "You already bought the manor and I have nothing more to say about it." His disposition is maxed out at 100 so he does indeed have the correct disposition to come with me! But he still will not! And it will NOT let me raise his disposition beyond 100! This here: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Where_Spirits_Have_Lease says it requires at least 60 disposition, but his disposition is at 100 and it says "Disposition maxed"!
