What mod is this quest from?

Hi... I can't figure out what mod this quest is supposed to start...

 

"Failed Institution "

 

It has me listen to a "mysterious radio signal " that seems to only be audible near vault 111 and Sactuary.. if I got past red rocket truck stop I lose the signal.

 

All I hear on the signal is static so I'm not exactly getting any useful information.

 

I'm trying to figure out if this is something I need to avoid until I'm higher level or not.

Well I'd point out that many of your mods are not quest related, such as Darker Nights and More Where That Came From, so you can most likely narrow down the list that way.

 

It is likely something from either Outcasts or Remnants and Fusion City but that is just a guess.

 

On an unrelated note: I'd suggest perhaps adding Project Valkyrie and replacing We are the Minutemen with Militarized Minutemen. It does largely the same things, uses much better art work, and gives them a more modern military sorta feel. Proj Valk by comparison was done by the same guys that did Outcasts and Remnants and Fusion City and they claim it to be a more or less seamless integration with them.

Guys. I have the same problem and the question is still unsolved. Pls help.

 

 

If your radio signal fades once you go past Red Rocket, then you need to go a different direction until the radio signal gets stronger.

 

That's how you find all of the other mini 'events' in the Wasteland.

 

If you walk in one direction (Let's say North) and the radio signal gets weaker, you immediately turn around and walk South, so the radio signal gets stronger, then you try walking either EAST or WEST until the radio signal becomes the strongest

A way I know how(I think) is to use console command sqs, it will show active quests and the first part of the numbers are where that mod is in your load order. If you look in the FO4 wiki of console commands there you will find much more info. Not the best explanation but it might point you in the direction.
