Vortex showing my FNIS and Bodyslide not installed? BROKEN CANT START ANYTHING

I was playing a few days ago and everything worked normally. But then stuff started to go wrong. Now upon opening vortex, I am unable to deploy my mods or run FNIS or Bodyslide as it will say not installed, missing directory etc.
