Deleted my Skyrim, now I can't remove my mods from vortex without an "unrecoverable error" crashing it

Every time I hit "remove" I get the attached error. There is so much crap in my vortex mod list, i need it cleaned out, but it won't let me now

So, if I understand correctly, you just deleted Skyrim, instead of uninstalling or PURGING your mods with Vortex first, and now you're trying to remove the mods and vortex is crashing?

If that's the case, what you did, by deleting Skyrim BEFORE uninstalling or PURGING your mods in Vortex first, is you broke all of the hardlinks, and are now expecting Vortex to correct your error, and instead, Vortex is reporting an error because it can't find all of the hardlinked mods that you deleted when you deleted Skyrim.
