HBXplosion Posted February 17, 2019 Share Posted February 17, 2019 Dear Community, once again i am, maybe someone have read my post today at night before my account was banned, is that the way of nexus, bann user who need help? User was hacked, user wrote several e-mails, no reaction. User create account and post in forum and post get deletet and user banned? Maybe my Username was a little bit provocating, but it was the way i feel after a month with no reaction from nexus site...you would too if you are in my situation! Thats my post from tonight and i still need help, so don't delete, HELP!:i am the premium lifetime user SiddiusBlack. Someone has hacked my account, change e-mail and password in nexus so i cannot access anymore. Now i made a new one to seek help here. I noticed that hack in january as i want again mod a game, maybe the account was hacked long time ago before cause i don't mod a game in the last 6 month or longer. I contacted nexus support on 20th january. 2 weeks past, nothing happend. I contact nexus again on 3. february. Now, another two weeks later still no answer. Is that the way nexus support works for a paying lifetime user? My old premium lifetime account was hacked and nexus do....NOTHING?! I told nexus that my e-mail adress i used for subscribe maybe not exist anymore (don't know which one i used in ~2012 when i created my account) , but my paypal adress which i use for pay the lifetime account is still the same so they should contact me over this, but nothing happens. What did the community say, what should i do now to get my premium lifetime account back? I am really pissed off that nexus not answer me as you can see in my new user name and believe me, you where too if that happend to you! However, I've checked their email/support system for any references of "SiddiusBlack" and the only ones have been flagged by Google as spam (the report is from the 5th of February) and thus won't have reached them. When they come in on Monday they'll be able to review the situation for you. Though with the username you have right now, your account you're using right now will no doubt be banned. Thanks, i cannot see the old post cause it seems deleted for me. On 5th Feb i don't wrote to [email protected]. I wrote on 3.02 and 20.01 from my siddiusblack mail adress, checked it right now again. And yeah, i know the aggressive user name was the wrong way but when you feel 4 weeks ignored you were pi**ed off too. But sorry, my fault.
