Still a background process. it did create a new skyrim.ini file, though. At this point I would recommend to either uninstall your mods one-by-one, and start skyrim after each mod uninstall Or, do what the Steam thread said to do and just right click on your skyrim SE folder and delete it completely and redownload it from Steam Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
