Vortex disabled all my mods in Skyrim SE after switching back from Skyrim

I've tried to, trust me, I have, but since he made a screenshot of his entire desktop, the words are far too tiny for my bifocals to be able to read it.

What I was trying to point out is that this bug duplicates all mods in the Mods tab and shows one of each mod as being disabled and the other as being uninstalled.

Sorry for the late reply. I was busy with school. Anyway, I've tried what you showed, but it doesn't really work. All my mods have been duplicated somehow. I'm just gonna go through and enable every mod back up.

I've pretty much given up on managing Skyrim SE through Vortex.

I've pretty much given up on managing Skyrim SE through Vortex.

 

Now, I use Vortex for SSE, and MO 2 for Skyrim.
