The game is Frozen like Arnold Schwarzenegger in Batman...

I wont admit to being apt at load orders or knowing the best set ups but I am experiencing the random freeze for 3-4 seconds in battles or running through areas in the game

 

Id love to narrow it down if I could. My list of plugins follows. Im open to criticism or help in this area, I realize that Vortex tends to choose its load order but I imagine its far from the desired load order. Im probably going to need to drop some mods or reinstall to get the game flow back to normal.

Ive noticed that a lot of the plugins I've disabled or uninstalled are still listed in the text file, notably the pip-th-eyebrows and truestorms, I also disabeled the be exceptional - uninstall.

 

With Vortex do I need to remove them from the data folder?, perhaps thats my best bet seeing as how they're still listed in the load order, which is odd.

 

I thought Vortex's method of running plugins staged them from an entirely different folder, however there they are sitting in the data folder.

 

I wouldnt be suprised if possibly my fallout launcher is actually loading all of the plugins on that list.

 

Do I need to delete my load order txt file in order to generate an accurate report?

hmm.... on second thought seeing as how windows 10 lists absolutly all of my folders on all of my hard drives as read only no matter where theyre located... that my plugins are all still running all together since Vortex seems to dump them all into your folder no matter what install options you tick....

 

I think I've just figured out all of my CTD issues just now.

The joy of Windows 10 unchangeable UAC is inconceivable obviously the software knows better than me.... Ive always had to run a command prompt to delete anything in my folders since the latest windows update.

You can change the UAC level.

unfortunately its part of a bug that they haven't completely addressed and the current method of fixing it is a complete reinstall

 

not every pc has this issue its only a few so its not high priority on the list to fix
