First XP in a new game jumps me to lvl 10

Title says it all.. I can't for the life of me figure out what could be causing this...

 

 

 

It's not that particular radroach either... I console killed it and moved to the next one and it does the same thing too...

It' only the 1st bit of xp in a new game that triggers this. After it happens everything hands the correct amount...

 

I installed Horizon and it corrected it... but Horizon changes too much and I'd rather not play with it..

 

Are there any common mods that could o something like this? Something that i've missed.

 

 

 

I'm going to install an alternate start and test if it still happens there too...

Yep, even with an Alternate start.

 

Straight up to lvl 10...

 

This is infuriating... The 1st levels are the most fun...

Are you using mods?

If so, you need to list them, otherwise people can't help you with the vague information you've given.
