notedstaff
I'm a total noob at modding, so I'm asking here. I installed and extracted SkyUI, and it gave the ESM and BSA folder, but also a folder called "fomod". I've attached what the folder contains in this post, so I'm just confused at to what I have to do with this folder, do I put it in the "data" folder? delete it? HadToRegister
Did you install it with Vortex or manually?
BigBizkit
It seems like you installed the mod manually. The folder is not needed to be present in your data folder, but won't do any harm either.
HadToRegister
Not sure what this has to do with Vortex
Rattledagger
It seems like you installed the mod manually.Quick test, uninstall SkyUI for SSE and re-install, and I've also got a /fomod/-folder with 4 pictures in it. A few other mods for classic Skyrim includes /fomod/-folder with info.xml in them. One example is https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/601 It seems all the mods where Vortex installs the /fomod/-folder are mods that does not include an actual fomod-installer, but only includes info.xml or some unrelated files.
