Is anyone playing Dawnguard WITHOUT bugs/ crashing?

I get no Crashes but some Bugs here and there that i manage to by pass, but like right now where i had to Rescue someone, when i realized its my Housecarl from Solitude, she called me My Love, yet i Never married the Girl.

I had the same minor bug with Ria from the Companions who called me that way. Despite that I'm still playing the DLC quite bug-free. The only two major ones I had were:

1. Serana stuck seemingly forever in the Broken Oar Grotto (however, that's a bug with the location itself, easily fixable by the use of "moveto player" command)

2. Regular in the wild, as well as werewolf-summoned wolves don't howl anymore. They do the proper animation but have no howling sound. Caused directly by either Dawnguard .bsa or .esm files. Removing those added the howling back which suggests that's the direct result of installing Dawnguard.

I remember reading that if Serana get's lost or can't be found that you should go else where in the game and wait 72hrs game time and she'll reappear again, I lost her in the soul cairn and needed her to talk to her mother and she wasn't around, I waited a game day and she reappear, I was at the steps to where her mother was located in the soul cairn, I think she likes fighting and seeks out more enemy's on her own to kill!..

I dont know if this is a Bug or if its because i Joined the Dawnguard, but for the life of me, i cannot get turned into a Vampire, i went to every single Vampire i could find so they can beat me to a pulp, but i just dont get infected.

Is this Mod still compatible with Dawnguard, http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10374 because it seems i have to go Buy Vampire Blood.

Couldn't collect the bark during Unseen Visions, leaving me trapped in the cell with no way to advance. Had to use the console to skip ahead again.

Also, later during Touching the Sky, I accidentally told Serana to wait and then found she didn't have a command to stop waiting. Had to reload a previous save. (And defeat Naaslaarum and Voslaarum a second time.)

here's one for you, the vampire that had the key to release the moth priest was inside the blue spire with the moth priest and I had to use console command tcl to go inside the blue spire to kill the vampire and get the key and this isn't he first time that happened, it happened during a previous game!.. >:(

I suppose I should feel lucky, considering I never experienced any quest breaking bugs. What I did suffer though, was frequent CTD's when I was around half way through the quest line. I could hardly play more than fifteen minutes without the game crashing. So after finishing the quests I just disabled the Dawnguard esm. I like the new features a lot, but not enough to tolerate the frequent crashes. Edited by Kraeten

After downloading Dawnguard I was beginning to have trouble loading my game at start up....now I keep my saves trimmed to a much lower number than they were (delete a heap before I go in game) and that solved my loading problem for me.....I was also getting the odd screen freeze so tweaked my graphics down just a little and that seems to have solved the freezing problems....Could be the same issue's causing your crashes?

I lost Serena at Broken Oar Grotto too....just went on without her, she fairly quickly goes back to the Dawnguard Fort and waits for you there.

150 game saves in dawnguard can get up to 1.5gb in size but if you have a big hard drive on your PC it's nothing to worry about, most PC and laptops come with a 200gb or larger hard drive now a days!..

I had A LOT more than 150 saves.... :ohdear: ....when I first realized what the answer to my not loading might be.... ....Due to a major problem I had several weeks ago with my game, I took up the habit of saving regularly and with 'clean saves' only...they built up somewhat.... .....So now, I just keep them regularly trimmed down.
