Is Vortex supposed to tell me that (Part 1) Engine Fixes 4.2 for SSE 1.5.73 - skse64 plugin is redundant?

See if some other mod includes EngineFixes.dll.

How do I check that and how do I access the "loadorder" page again after I have save it already?

On the left margin of Vortex, there is a Mods section.

Under that it lists Mods, Plugins, and Save Games.

Click Pugins.

 

And watch a good video Tutorial on Vortex. I recommend Gopher's.

You won't find this mod in the PLUGINS tab, because it has no ESP, because it's an SKSE64 .dll

YOu need to find PART 2 of the mod, which, is in the description of the PART 1 mod, and on the same mod page as the part 1 mod.

Because sometimes Vortex can get stuck on things like that
