The installed mods are the 3 DLC's and all the unofficial patches. I uninstalled them all and the Dragon Priest Bust Maskholder works. I then reinstalled only the 3 DLC's and hooray, it still works. So apparently it has something to do with the unofficial patches. After that I intended to reinstall the patches 1 by 1. When I reinstalled the first one; "Unofficial Skyrim Patch", the troubles began anew. Should I use the unofficial patches then or not ? Sjogga Posted July 8, 2014 Share Posted July 8, 2014 Well, this means that the USKP fixed the issue with masks losing their tempering when placed/removed. You have a few options now:1. Add USKP dependency.2. Dublicate the existing scripts, compile it and use it instead of the vanilla script.3. Implement the same sollution as USKP yourself. I have really no idea what or how to do options 1 and 3. But I am glad to know why it didn't work. I was getting really frustrated and thought I had overlooked something with your tutorial. Particularly as the more difficult one (the clawholder) worked fine. I really appreciate the time and effort you put into helping me. Scripting is something I still have to learn more about.
