FlinnyZ
Last January I modded SkyrimSE into a really unstable state so I just deleted all my mods and uninstalled the game, as I was running low on disc space, and moved on to Oldrim. I recently got myself a 1tb harddrive and decided to install SkyrimSE again as I had trouble with Oldrim crashing on saving. I installed SkyrimSE and set up my mod download folder into my E drive, but now Vortex says that "Deployment not possible" and upon clicking "more", it says "Filesystem doesn't support hard links". My previous hick ups with Vortex and NMM were usually fixed with just moving everything to the same hard drive, but now I made sure that everything is in E drive and it still won't work. What should I do to fix this?
Rattledagger
No idea if where's other reasons for Vortex giving you this message, but unless the disk is formatted as NTFS you can't use hard-links. So in case you're using some variant of FAT file system you can't use hard-links until you convert to NTFS.
