Legendary effect 0.00 text bug? Please help!

Hi guys,

I having this issue since my 1st legendary drop, but I didnt realise until I was getting more legendary drop, almost all of them has the same effect text error writen as '0.00', even the equipment mod for example BlackWidowArmor was show as 0.00 on ALL of the upgrade part.
I searched up on google and forum, but surprisingly not even a single topic related to this problem, I'm so clueless and confused now.

This really make me feel pointless and disappointed on legandary equipment..

-Only 1 Legendary ArmL text has normal text.(30% chance to ignite melee attackers...)

-Backpack effect text seems normal.(Increases the wearer's overall carry capacity...)

-Almost all other Legendary drop from monster shown the same effect text.(0.00)

-All Black Widow upgrade in ArmorBench shown the same effect text.(0.00)

Armorsmith extended should be as low as possible in your load order.
