profiles and bash zedit tetc

kk how does the profile system work with all the extra patches and all....basically tryin to set up a devious play, and ta more content run so that i can play the game but occasionally have some fun, so i have my profiles set and ran all the extra patches foir the devious set up and have played for a bit....not i have a new profile and heading to install some "extra" content mostly quest mods or land mods but without the devious stuff(they take way too many slots and cant play them and new content as well too often anyway run on sentence here but once i install the new mods and run bash and ssedit patchers and zedits patches and all will i have to redo them with each proifile when i switch bk and forth?

Yes, because your load order will have different mods, or different amounts of mods

What you could do, is Make a zedit patch for each profile, and name it after each profile "zedit Patch profile 1.esp", "zedit patch profile2.esp" etc., same with bash patch

and just have the appropriate zedit patches enabled/disabled in each profile

ty, what i'm doing is creating a making the patches but then packaging the patches into a "mod" of their own to install and disable....then if I delete or add to either profile I can redo it all other wise each profile will have its own package enabled

Right, set up your profiles first, then set up the mods you want to use in each profile.

 

Then start profile three, then run zedit, and make a bashed patch, and name those zedit_profile3.esp and bashed_profile3.esp

 

enable those.

 

Then switch to profile two, disable the profile 3 bash and zedit, and make a zeddit and bash profile2 esps, do the same for profile one.

 

That way, when you switch between profiles, like from 1 to 3, your zedit profile 1 and bashed profile 1 will disable, and your zedit and bashed profile 3 will enable.
