Vortex Not Opening

Okay, so I just got a PC and downloaded Vortex to mod Fallout NV, Skyrim, and Fallout 4. I downloaded mods for Skyrim, fine. Fallout 4, Fine. Then I downloaded some mods for NV and was initially fine. Then the other day I downloaded some more and now Vortex wont open at all. I deleted all NV mods, cleared everything from Vortex from my PC, anything I could have possibly downloaded to crash Vortex was deleted. Then I did a reinstall, tried to open it, same problem. I get a splash screen, wait a few seconds, nothing. The window shows up on my bar at the bottom, but I cant maximize the window, I tried Alt+Space and all the options were grayed out. I even uninstalled NV and fresh installed again and nothing.

I do run windows defender and my pc just updated like yesterday or the day before. Also, I do use the one click installer, I tried using the manual version but decided to backtrack because im not very familiar with pc yet.

OK, this "MIGHT" be your problem, go into windows defender and turn off the "RansomWare" filter thingy, it messes with folder access for Vortex for some reason,

Okay so weirdly enough I found the problem, when using alt+spacebar, the command was coming up, but it was coming up off screen where I couldnt see it. The window was stuck off screen, I noticed this when downsizing the page. The fix for anybody going through this is to keep trying alt+spacebar, then right click, hit move, and use your arrow keys to bring the window back on screen. It wasnt a bug, just ignorance. You guys are great, thanks again.
