MilanKokyCZ Posted April 24, 2019 Share Posted April 24, 2019 (edited) i just Start this Tread to see if im only one who thinks there was enough of skimpy and sexy modsI dont know about you guys but i just think thise kind of mods shoud be completly drawn down from Nexus and put on Lovers lab so they dont overshadow some great mods that there are and instead comunity shoud more focus on Immersion and make skyrim feel Frash i mean wouldnt it be great if those modders instead of making these mods focus more on making the game more stable with more mods and patches for immersion and gameplay mods instead of UNNP CBBE body armor and sexy mods ? LHeureBleue Posted April 24, 2019 Share Posted April 24, 2019 I'm not a fan of the skimpy/sexy mods either, but mods are usually made from an author's personal preferences, so there's not a lot we can do about what gets uploaded. What would be really good would be if there was a separate section that modders can post their sexy/NSFW mods to on this site. I know tags exist, but I've noticed only established mod authors tag their mods - the vast majority don't. A separate section would also make it easier for people who like those mods to find them. Then you wont see their mods ever again.But, body mods are not pornographic. Many people, including myself, use them because the default bodies are ugly (and unrealistic), and many outfit mods, including many non-skimpy ones, are made for certain body mods, and they'd like to use these outfits in their games. Mercury71 Posted April 25, 2019 Share Posted April 25, 2019 The great thing about modding is that people can do whatever they want.I dont use any "sexy" mods but it is great they exist for those who want them.I do the oposite and use mods that adds fully cloth armor with sleeves and i would never use UNP, CBP or CBBE bcs i think they look awful and unnatural.Same goes with garbage like Bijin, KS Hairdos, Calientes, ApachiiSkyhair and pretty mods like that. But that is just my personal preferences. I simply hate smooth, silky asian look. I will never understad oversized weapons either but i think it is great for all kids thart want them in there game. With that said... I dont think it is Nexus that should promote or go against som sort off mods.Nexus is a service for all modders and should never have an opinion off its own about what mods being most popular or used.I am even sceptic about the Hot Mods section. Take that out & and make the actors look as they probably would have looked in RL and the movies would have flopped. The human sex drive is about as strong in us as the survival instinct itself.Skimpy outfits look better than something ugly like ebony armor. Emfy armor Vs. Ebony, = no contest!Many skimpy outfits look silly to me but I don't have to use them, do I? Guys like pretty girls, guys make girly outfit mods...simple!So if you don't like, just filter out adult content. Now just how many follower mods do we need to choose from??? Nexus is for modders and people who appreciate mods, if you want to impose some sort of "moral" standard of your own making ? just don´t, if you haven´t heard of free will, choice and the ability of Humans to, actively, avoid what they do not like or approve of ? then you need to talk to your parents.. that being said, this discussion is pointless, it crops up now and again when some, (insert preferred word) wants to virtue-signal and possibly, make "Wamen" like them, in the few cases where it´s a Girl/Woman posting nonsense like this it´s just a feeble attempt to politicize gaming.. please stop doing that and please stop posting idiocy like this in the future.. in short, if you don´t like it, don´t download it... MilanKokyCZ Posted April 26, 2019 Author Share Posted April 26, 2019 (edited) I mean guys its not like i dont want them to be banned from nexus all something i would just like to see an option so that they have theyre own section because sometimes it happens to me that for example i go through category armor and i have to over click like 5 stages before i get to some normal armors :smile: and i personally think this shoud have been on nexus already. and there is more of these mods than normal mods and i for example find a nice cool mod that is almost on last page and i rly have to go through all of the pages just to get to that so i rly think nexus shoud kynda seperate them a bit :smile: and when you block them it usually block even some normal armors and mods im not sure why but it happend for example when i blocked these skimpy armors i was looking for a mod and i knew it is on nexus but because of that block i wasnt able to find it so the block dosent do a good job with it Edited April 26, 2019 by MilanKokyCZ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
