General Question: Member titles

Just a general question, I was wondering- How high does your post count need to be, or what standard member title do you need to be at before you can have a custom title?

 

Or is there something else which gives you a custom title?

The box appears in the Change profile information tab after you have 500 posts

I have always wondered what a Member Title is. Can I write whatever I want or are there options or something?

It's a text field where you can enter whatever you want.
