Go to your Nexus Profile (not your Forum Profile) click on the gear icon next to your avatar "Change Settings" scroll down to "Premium Membership Preferences", expand the section by clicking the Down Arrow and change the location in "Preferred Download Location" with the drop down menu Vortex doesn't "select" any download server, it only uses the one you specify.
