KMA
Three modders walk into a bar. Myself, McNeil, and AlexScorpion. We decided to start our own game company, calling it Trinary Studios. What, you were expecting a joke? So I will be looking for at least one more person with a programming background, that either knows Unity or C# to join us. We are looking to tap directly into the modding community for all our talent as it is where we came from, as well as shows the most drive to becoming a game dev. You can find a contact email on the project's webpage if you want to drop me a CV of your modding work. Once funding has been achieved, I will be contacting those I am interested in and offering a paid position to at least one of you. If you would be interested in working as an unpaid intern, we can talk about it (you would get profit sharing once it ships and be at the front of the queue for future hiring). Feel free to contact me to see if we can use your talents on this project. This goes for Modeling, Animation, Sound(both music and fx), and of course scripting in C#. If you are a talented modder, keep building your skills. When our first title ships, the majority of profits is going straight back into development of future games. That means Trinary Studios will be hiring more modders from all disciplines, and that means raiding the Nexus! Thanks to the Nexus for giving us the platform to get this far! Cheers, Chris Whiting Edited August 23, 2012 by KMA

Maharg67
Only thing I can offer is long term experience as a writer. Writing a good background, story lines, characters and so forth. Often the writing helps make a game good, gives it a better immersive quality and even a good cause for running around and killing monsters etc.
