What's the mods that make the camera turn completely in both Morrowind and Oblivion.

What's the name of the mods that make the camera rotate all the way to show the front of the character in both Morrowind and Oblivion? I'd appreciate that. Been looking everywhere since I saw many playthroughs with a full camera.

You can move the camera without having to keep pressing the third person view button using the Morrowind Code Patch
