rmm200
A quick look on Nexus-page for Apocalypse reveals the file-id of the first downloadable Apocalypse-file is 1000261384, the same as the directory in the screen-shot. Since NMM is using this as a directory for installing mods, one possibility is Vortex has really screwed-up during importing from NMM, by somehow copying this directory + all files over to Vortex, instead of copying the contents of the directory. If Vortex screwed-up the import of one mod I wouldn't be surprised if Vortex screwed-up the import of all mods, meaning all mods has a numbered sub-directory. If so, what you need to do is to uninstall all mods for so re-installing with Vortex. Note, I've never tried importing from NMM in Vortex, so I don't know how Vortex does things here. Now you have me really curious what you are looking at.On the Downloads page, the file name is given as Apocalypse v9.45. It manually downloads as: Apocalypse v945-16225-9-45.zip.If you click on Preview under that, the contents is shown as: Apocalypse - The Spell Package.bsa (149178 kb) Apocalypse - The Spell Package.esp (1463 kb) I can't find that numeric folder ID - anywhere... Rattledagger
If you hold your mouse-pointer over the "preview file contents" on a Nexus download page, you'll see the file-id as the last part of the link.
iaminyourhouse
I appreciate all your replies and help. I will try your suggestions. If they work, they work. If not, worst case scenario, I'll have to reinstall all my mods, which will be a pain in the head. I'll keep you posted.
iaminyourhouse
I've made a breakthrough!I looked inside my apocalypse mod folder with 7zip, as rmm200 suggested. The numeric folder was still there. I tried some things, and it seems that if I uninstall then reinstall the mod (using Vortex), the actual esp ends up in my data folder, not one of those numeric folders. It seems to me that I have to uninstall then reinstall every mod. I'll keep you posted.
rmm200
Good job!It really sounds to me like Vortex detected disk changes (NMM, MO,something) and merged them all back to your mods (use newest).
iaminyourhouse
SOLVED!I finally fixed it. What I had to do was quite simple. I didn't have to do anything with my mod staging folder. All I had to do was uninstall every single mod I had, then reinstall them. You can imagine how tedious and tiresome that was lol. Anyways, my game works fine now. Since I had to reinstall all my mods, my save games were screwed. I had to start anew, which honestly doesn't bother me. That concludes this issue and topic. Thanks to all who helped me, you spared me a lot of trouble.

iaminyourhouse
Alot of the mods I had installed in those save files had many scripts with them, and uninstalling mods with scripts in the middle of a save game always has repercussions. Besides, I was looking for an excuse to have a fresh start.

Your caveat about scripts in saves applies if you uninstall a mod and run like that.Uninstalling - and reinstalling - leaves all those scripts right where they belong. No harm - no foul. HadToRegister
Are you Re-Using the Virtual Install folder from NMM with Vortex?IE. Did you make your new Vortex mod staging folder, out of your old NMM Mod Folder?
