HadToRegister
I purged and made a new game. So, with the Purge, and a New game, your game is missing textures and broken? If so, then your base game install is completely messed up.Which would explain your frustration.Adding mods on top of a bad foundation is just going to make thing worse. I think you need to remove all the mods, competely remove the entire SKyrim folder by uninstalling it, and rename the Skyrim folder in C:\users\NAME\Documents\My Games\Skyrim to something like SKyrim OLD, and start clean. Will do that now. Should I remove the vortex mods as well, in staging and download? Yea, the Staging folders needs to be cleaned out by UNINSTALLING the mods with vortex, and double check once you're done that the staging folder is completely clean. Also, hunt down any folders or anything else that has to do with MO2 and remove them You can keep the contents of the downloads folder, that way you won't have to download all the mods again. I uninstalled everything. Re-installed. Vortex is now registering the proper amount of mods. I found a couple MO2 folders. Not MO2 itself but random chunks of it and uninstalled those as well. Currently re-installing everything and will let you know how it goes. Thank you for the help. Much appreciated.

Now Please tell me you tried the game out BEFORE you started installing mods, just to make sure that the vanilla game is working properly.Make sure your foundation is set up properly in other words, before you start building on it. Here's the skinny minni. The issues were all resolved aside from one. The random textures are gone and the ghost building. I am having one texture issue STILL but I think it's an issue with a mod or possible a load order problem. I've got no idea how to fix it but pretty sure it's unrelated. I suppose it's safe to say that it's been fixed! Thank you very much for your help. I thought I took all the extra care in the world from keeping anything like this happening but now I know to be even more careful.
