LEGO116
Im having a issue with vortex, when i try to reinstall it it keeps putting the download path and plugin path in the locations i made for it on my first install, but those locations/paths no longer work. so how do i get vortex to forget i ever installed it? rmm200
I have not tried this, but if it was me:Go to C:/Users/{you}/AppData/Roaming and delete the Vortex folder. This folder saves a lot of things like profiles so make sure you want it all gone.Maybe make a backup or rename it instead of deleting if you are not sure. Let us know if this works for you. rmm200
Go to Nexusmods. Click Install Vortex.Click File Page. You will find two choices under Files. The one you want is Custom Installer. Side note: Vortex installed is about 300 MB. It was worth it to me to have it in Program Files.Whatever you do - don't put your Steam games or Downloads on C if you are tight on space.Mods has to go on the same drive as it's specific game. I would install it on C however my C is full. speaking of which is their a way to check that all of vortexs old files are off of my C drive, I deleted the vortex folder in roaming but the space it took up is still taken.
