Fallout 4 Creation Kit not working

When I start up the ck i get an error like this:

FORMS:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Chunk size 530 too big in chunk SNAM_ID in form TES4_ID (FF000000).

Max size is 512, data truncated.

Also, when I load the Fallout4.esm, I get a whole bunch of errors like this:

TEXTURES:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â TEXTURE ERROR : Unable to load file 'textures\effects\FireballQuad01.dds' in 'Meshes\Effects\MPSFireOilBlue01.nif'

I cant render any cells, or really do anything. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the CK, and verifying the game cache, and this still wont work. Help please Edited June 6, 2019 by JasonBreen

Not sure what's going on but I try to start CK and it blinks then nothing. No dialogue box -- nothing.

Check event viewer, see if it has anything interesting to say. (windows app.)

Make sure the CK is installed in the same directory as the game. It won't work otherwise.

Make sure the CK is properly installed. Uninstall and reinstall from Steam.
