No longer able to launch FNIS, BodySlide or Wrye Bash from Vortex after recent update.

Tried re-adding them but that doesn't change anything. It say "running" then that disappears and the app/s don't start.

 

Running them from their respective install directories or from a shortcut in the start menu works fine.

You need to always say what specific version you are having a problem with. "Recent update" could be 0.18.7, 0.18.8, or 0.18.9.

For me at least, FNIS for Skyrim SE runs correctly launched from Vortex 0.18.9 manually.

So it must be specific to your installation.

Report it as a bug from within Vortex after it fails; maybe they can see something in the log.

I too have this issue.

After 0.18.9 I can no longer launch Skyrim, SKSE, F4SE directly from within Vortex. I can start all others like CK, FNIS, Fallout 4, BS etc.

Any solution to this yet?

to everybody who is having this problem, CHECK YOUR DASHBOARD.

Click on the three vertical dots next to the name of the Game and pick EDIT, then check to see if the correct paths are set.

ALSO, click on the PLUS SIGN in the recently Managed Games, to open up a window to check if your paths are correct

I'm still using 0.17.11, I'm just curious if Vortex is changing the paths to the games, or if it's an actual bug.
