i just updated vortex and now i cant launch fallout 4 anymore from vortex

If the latest Windows security update actually does block one app launching another, there must be a way to white-list Vortex with Defender.

Anyone have any verification or input?

I have the same problem with Kingdome Come after updating Windows and Vortex.
Starting Vortex with admin rights solved the issue.

But i have no idea if it is Vortex or Windows update who broke it. (probably windows duh...)

scratch that. it didnt fix it. i now have to start vortex as an administrator each time now. thanks for the tip zwolly!
