edit mod with TesVedit vortex get write issues

I had vortex open and after cleaning a non nexus mod that was installed by vortex, the edit changes locked up vortex from having permissions to uninstall the esp.

could not give permission to vortex, could not cancel lost in endless loop error could not retry.

then cntrl+alt+del and stopped vortex, reopen vortex to uninstall mod, still had permission issues to edit (unistall mod)...

only work around was to restart the PC and manually remove the esp from the data file and then command vortex to remove it, then to install an updated fix mod esp.

All I do is edit ESPs with Xedit from inside Vortex, then I hit CTRL+S and save the ESP, and Vortex recognizes it the next time I deploy, by asking if I want to "SAVE CHANGES"

I'm not sure why you are editing an ESP then telling Vortex to uninstall it?
