Oiniane
It might be something completely basic and I'm simply being blind to it but, I cannot unistall, elevate, nor deploy any of my mods. I downloaded: Vortex (custom install location)-1-0-18-9-1560437817 from the website and only change the location patch from C to D. I added some mods to Pathfinder Kingmaker which I thought worked well, they downloaded and installed, but then ceased to let me do anything to them. Issue is that the program seems to be trying to access a Temp folder, on a hard-disk that doesn't have any Temp folders. Elevating mods gives following order: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'D:\Temp\tmp-3764036rCh0fc9VhbFM.tmp'Uninstalling attempt gives following: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'D:\Temp\tmp-3764036tN582u5reTI4.tmp'Removing: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'D:\Temp\tmp-3764036rCh0fc9VhbFM.tmp' I checked D disk and there's indeed no Temp folders, and on C, there is one of course, but none of these files. I tried reinstalling the Vortex, but it didn't help at all either. The actual mods can be found with ease from: {USERDATA}\{GAME}\mods, so it only makes me even more confused on why it's seeking the non-existing Temp folder. I even tried to download the other setup which installs Vortex without custom location but the issue still persists. What should I do?

The reason I asked is because you said you can not "Elevate" mods, you shouldn't have to "Elevate" mods within Vortex. Are you running Vortex as an Administrator? If so, DON'T
Oiniane
No it's not running as an admin. And I gain following promt when ever I enable any mods: So I do not... need to use it? Either way it doesn't help the games with recognizing the mods, nor applying them.

Make sure that STEAM, and all of your game exes aren't set to Run As Admin.BEcause you shouldn't be getting a message to elevate your mods, if you're running everything at the same "level"
Oiniane
That would have made a lot of sense but none of games, nor Steam, nor Vortex (nor even unity mod amanger) are running as admistrator. Sorry for causing headaches. D: I got Kingmaker's mods to work through UnityModManager, but I still cannot make anything to work inside Vortex itself. OK, I "think" the latest Window 10 update has also added a "Elevate" problem to Vortex as well, or at least it's made it stand out more, and I believe something is being done about it.But there have been a few instances where people setting their games, Steam and script extenders to NOT run as Admin has fixed a few instances of the problem. Oiniane
Good to know. I'll just wait for a patch then, and try again once it hits. Thank you for your time though!
