OH, you still have to uninstall them one by one, but once you do that, you can use CTRL + A and pick REMOVE and that will delete the mods from your Download Folder. You can Disable all the mods at once, but apparently you can't UNINSTALL all the mods at once
FlamingCheeseMonkey
Wouldn't it be a bit redundant though to uninstall the mods if they're going to be deleted anyways? In which case, you can: Press the "Purge" button on the "Mods" section of Vortex to remove files from game folder. CTRL + A - > Remove -> Check "Delete Archives" -> Remove, to delete mods in the Mod Staging Folder along with the archives in the Downloads folder at the same time. Excellent, I wasn't sure if that approach would work, but if it does then it's DEFINITELY the fastest way In case you don't have a PURGE button in your MOD tab Settings----->Interface----->Turn on Advanced Interface

Make sure you're on the MODS tab in Vortex, and Hit CTRL + A which will select ALL your Mods 2. A white box/border pops up at the bottom of the screen. Pick REMOVE 3. When another box pops up, be sure to check the DELETE ARCHIVE box 4. Then click REMOVE
